====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 395 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 354(b), 506, 509/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of POCSO Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that in the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners further submits that matter has been compromised between the parties and compromise petition has been filed in the court below, copy of which, has been filed in the case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69464 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 In the written report there is allegation against the petitioners that while the informant along with her cousin and friend were coming from coaching center, they misbehaved with her.

Petitioners are said to be in custody since 31.7.2018. They have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 395 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
