====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Penal Code. They are named in the First Information Report. The allegation of twisting the neck of the deceased is against Petitioner No. 1. Other petitioners have facilitated Petitioner No. 1 in twisting the neck of the deceased.

In the circumstances, I direct the petitioners, named above, to surrender in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41519 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 court below (Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran) within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, apply for regular bail in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 161 of 2015, which should be considered in accordance with law taking into account the allegations made against each of the petitioners.
