The petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail Police Station Case No. 65 of 2016 for offence punishable under section 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner was going to commit some offence in the train, he was arrested at the Railway platform on suspicion and Rs. 50/- as well as a broken blade was recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 8th August 2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Rocky Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
