2. Mr. Ankit Katriar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has instructed him that he is willing to file detail representation before the Director, Bihar State Food & Organic Certification Agency, Mithapur,
Patna High Court CWJC No.6550 of 2023 dt.15-09-2023 2/2 Patna, respondent no. 4, for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.
3. Considering the specific prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner if so advise, may file detail representation before the Director, Bihar State Food & Organic Certification Agency, Mithapur, Patna, respondent no. 4, who shall call for the service records relating to the petitioner and must ensure to make payment of all retiral dues as claimed for in the present writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation along with interest on account of delay in payment of dues in accordance with law.
4. In case, the petitioner finds the authority delayed in any manner, then in that case, he may take appropriate legal action against the Director, Bihar State Food & Organic Certification Agency, Mithapur, Patna, respondent no. 4 in accordance with law.
5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
