The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 24.11.2015 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 35444 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 26.02.2015, he has not been put on T.I.P., no cogent and reliable material has come during investigation, the trial is not likely to be concluded in near future, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and he has got criminal history, there is specific allegation against the petitioner to commit rape upon the informant.

No.48596 of 2016 (2) dt.16-11-2016 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within four months.
