This Criminal Miscellaneous has been filed for modification in the order dated 17.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4000 of 2017 on the ground that due to typographical mistake father's name of petitioners no. 1 and 2 Ram Bilash Yadav and Mukho Yadav was shown as Late Ram Sagar Yadav which should be Late Ganeshi Yadav and as such learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to make correction in the bail application and prayed for modification in the order dated 17.02.2017.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make correction in bail application of Cr. Misc. No. 11075 of 2017 during course of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11075 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 day and this modification application is hereby allowed to the extent that in the order dated 17.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4000 of 2017 father's name of petitioners no. 1 and 2 Ram Bilash Yadav and Mukho Yadav be read as 'Late Ganeshi Yadav' in place of 'Late Ram Sagar Yadav' and other terms and condition will remain same.
