Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.57 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

From possession of the petitioner, 45 litres of liquor was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 17.02.2020.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Gopalganj in connection with Excise Case No.57 of 2020.
