ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 The petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 are present in Court in pursuance of the order dated 1.7.2015. After interaction with both the parties, it is agreed upon that they shall live together in peace and harmony and their future will not be disturbed by any untoward act. Both the parties undertake that they will conduct their matrimonial life after co-operating with each other. Considering the aforementioned undertakings, let the order dated 7.5.2015 passed in favour of the petitioner be confirmed. As such, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49427 of 2014 (4) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri R.P. Singh, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.51 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
It is made clear that if there is any untoward act by either of the parties, they shall be at liberty to move this Court for appropriate orders.
