Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37324 of 2016. Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.04.2016 and it appears from perusal of Para-10 of the petition that uptil now, not a single prosecution witness could be examined. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate-II Motihari in connection with trial no. 1541 of 2016 arising out of Chhitauni P.S.Case No. 99 of 2016.
