Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 31.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60426 of 2018 and the allegation against the petitioner is that dead body of the son of the informant was found and the petitioner confessed his guilt and he was found near the place of the occurrence. .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than one year and there is no substantive progress and the case is based on the substantive evidence. .

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19969 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 bail to the petitioner, as such the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
