No.5653 of 2017 to correct the name of the husband of petitioner no.1 Kiran Devi, which was wrongly mentioned as wife of Umesh Ram in place of Santosh Das.

Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make the correction in the original bail petition bearing Cr. Misc. No.5653 of 2017, in course of the day.

Accordingly, in the order dated 07.02.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No.5653 of 2017, the name of husband of petitioner no.1, namely, Kiran Devi be read as Santosh Das in place of Umesh Ram and further the time of surrender before the court below is hereby extended for further two weeks from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11527 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2 / 2 receipt of a copy of this order. Other terms and conditions will remain the same.

The modification petition is allowed.
