JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2026 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that 50% amount of the total outstanding retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner (daughter of the first wife) and remaining 50% of the outstanding retiral dues of the deceased employee has been kept in safe custody of the concerned department so that the same can be disbursed to the children of the second wife in case they approach the concerned authority.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be granted liberty to approach the opposite
