2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Informant, namely Niranjan Singh, has alleged that on 10.05.2021, his minor daughter had gone to watch Baraat procession, but she did not return and in course of search, he came to know that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioner have kidnapped his daughter.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the prosecution case and stated that she left the house at her own accord and solemnized marriage with this petitioner in Jaithornath temple. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 376 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
