Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant is the mother of the deceased who in her written complaint has stated that her daughter Arti kumari was married with son of the petitioner on 05.05.2018 and thereafter she was being subjected to torture by her husband and her family members and on 11.06.2018 she received an information that her daughter has been killed by setting her ablaze, after pouring kerosene oil on her body.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68912 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Her daughter-in-law has died in an accidental fire. She was subjected to postmortem and cause of death is burning. The husband of deceased is already in custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S.
