ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special A.P.P. for S.C./S.T. cases.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 202/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 307, 385, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The case diary in the present case was called for, has since been received.

Considering the nature of allegation made and that no case is made out against these petitioners under the relevant provisions of S.C./S.T. Act, let the petitioner no. 1, 2 and 3 namely, Binay Mahton, Rohit Mahton and Lalo Mahton in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42715 of 2015 (3) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 202/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
