====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kutumba P.S. Case No. 182 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 170, 171, 212 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of CLA Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner.

It is alleged in the written report that co-accused Manish Kumar was arrested by the police. He disclosed the name of petitioner and 14 other accused persons. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 19.8.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73046 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Aurangabad, in connection with Kutumba P.S.
