This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gidha P.S. Case No.185 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2)/96 of the B.N.S., 2023.

From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in a relationship and the victim had eloped with the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and
