Grievance of the petitioner is that despite an application made in the year 2011 for grant of licence for N.P.Bore pistol for the safety of life and property and further despite recommendation of all the concerned authorities, final decision has not been taken by the licensing authority as yet. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate - cum - licensing

Patna High Court CWJC No.13604 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 authority, Rohtas at Sasaram to take a decision in the matter of the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, if the decision has already not been taken.
