JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 174 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 386, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioners is of demand of Rangdari of rupees two lacs and also allegation of making indiscriminate firing on the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact, there is land dispute between the parties and a title suit is also pending with respect to the land, in which informant is also a party and apart from that he has filed a complaint against the informant and others.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj (Rohtas), in connection with Dawath P.S.
