Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with C.R. Case No. 861 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 498A, 379, 307, 386, 427, 313, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 14731 of 2021, which was rejected vide order dated 28.02.2022 (Annexure-1). Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the fresh ground for renewing the prayer for bail is that the parties have compromised the matter and the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with C.R.
