The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2018 in connection with G.R. No. 53 of 2018/Tr. No. 4327 of 2018 arising out of Amas P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 461, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33317 of 2018 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has been framed on 24.03.2018 and that the petitioner has already been in custody for more than 10 months as of today and, therefore, he may be extended the privilege of bail.
