Two liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who belongs to scheduled Tribes community.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, and also taking note of the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody since 08.04.2016, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Case No. CC-142 of 2016.
