Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.
Petitioners are in custody since 06.03.2020 and seeks bail in connection with Simari P.S. Case No.351/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act 2018.

No.20384 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 antecedent, but considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of this fact that petitioners are in jail custody since 06.03.2020, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge Excise Act, Buxar in connection with Simari P.S. Case No.351/2019 with condition that the petitioner shall remove the defects as pointed out by office within four weeks from the date of physical functioning of this Court, failing which the bail granted to petitioners shall be deemed to be cancelled.
