The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 158/2019, registered for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused in a case under Section 395 IPC. There are materials against him to connect with the crime. In the opinion of this Court, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
