Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, I find that name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused Ravi Shankar @ Ravi Shankar Kumar.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner and moreover, co-accused Ravi Shankar @ Ravi Shankar Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 15.9.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 30697/2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
