Heard the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2019. Only a mobile phone was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Most of the accused have either been allowed anticipatory bail or regular bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. Investigation of the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21529 of 2020(2) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 already complete.

Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No.586 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
