The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2014 dated 5.5.2014 registered under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. Regard being had to the huge recovery of the illicit liquor from a premises from where the petitioner was seen running away along with others, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application under Section 438 Cr. P.C. is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
