The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Complaint Case No. 212 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is merely labour who was working for Ankit Tiwari. This fact also find mention in the First Information Report. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 28.9.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69924 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd cum-Special Judege, Gopalganj, in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 212 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
