The petitioner is apprehending his arrest for offences punishable under Sections 323, 354(A) and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that prior to institution of the present case the petitioner is lodged a case against the informant on 07.09.2016 and thereafter the present case has been lodged by the informant against the petitioner and others and in that case no specific allegation has been made against the petitioner and others.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
In view of the above facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14838 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 case, let above named petitioner ,in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six months, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Hare Ram, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No.326 ©/ 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further conditions that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and appear on each and every date fixed by the trial court and failure on two consecutive dates without showing any reason will make him liable for cancellation of his bail bonds.
