JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Karakat P.S.Case No. 153 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per FIR is that two persons were arrested by police and they had confessed their guilt and one motorcycle was recovered from them and they disclosed the name of this petitioner and stated that they purchased the motorcycle from the petitioner.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for about three months and charge sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70107 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, in connection with Karakat P.S.Case No. 153 of 2018, G.R.No. 1094 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
