It is jointly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners as also learned counsel for the Board that the matter in issue arising in the instant writ application was the subject matter of and decided by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 7.9.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6139 of 2020 (Pankaj Kumar Singh and Ors. versus the State of Bihar & Ors.)

Patna High Court CWJC No.7283 of 2020(5) dt.01-02-2021 2/2 which has been brought on record as Annexure- E to the counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent nos.3 to 7. It is submitted that the instant application be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the instant application is disposed of in similar terms to the aforesaid order dated 7.9.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6139 of 2020 (Pankaj Kumar Singh and Ors. versus the State of Bihar and Ors.) and analogous cases.
