It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently, in the address portion of the order dated 20.03.2023, the name of the village and P.S. have wrongly been typed as Village-Kathaiya Chainpur and P.S.-Kathaiya instead of Village-Kathauliya Chainpur and P.S-Baruraj. The said mistake perpetuated since it was wrongly mentioned in the address portion of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23244 of 2023(2) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 the main petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the address portion of the main petition.

In view of the above, let in the address portion of the order dated 20.03.2023, the name of the village and P.S. be read as Village-Kathauliya Chainpur and P.S-Baruraj instead of Village-Kathaiya Chainpur and P.S.-Kathaiya.

The order dated 20.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72610 of 2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
