JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-11-2016 The office has reported that no step has been taken for conversion of this petition into Cr. Appeal within three weeks from 25-10-2016, as directed by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 25-10-2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the present petition could not be converted into Cr. Appeal within the time, as fixed by coordinate bench of this court.

However, the petitioner shall take steps for conversion of this petition into Cr. Appeal within two weeks, if, this court grants further two weeks time to the petitioner for the said purpose.

By way of last indulgence, further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to take steps in the light of order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46685 of 2016 (3) dt.17-11-2016 2/2 25-10-2016 failing which, the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the bench.
