The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint case No. 178 (c) of 2014 registered under Section 498(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the complainant and he is ready to keep his wife on any undertaking.

The learned counsel for the complainant submits that wife is also willing to live with her husband Considering the willingness of the petitioner to keep his wife, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and the court below shall grant provisional bail to the petitioner for six months on furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10484 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kabindra Kumar Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas, Sasaram in Complaint Case No. 178 (c) of 2014, subject to condition as laid u/s 438(2) of Cr. P. C. The court below shall make all efforts for resolving the dispute between the husband and the wife. If the dispute is resolved amicably between the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed. In case the dispute is not resolved, the court below shall pass orders on the prayer for provisional bail of the petitioner immediately after six months on its own merit in accordance with law.
