====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahindwara P. S. Case No. 02 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on 31.12.2024, when son and nephew of informant were in orchard, the accused persons along with 34 unknown persons fired on son of the informant, who died on way to hospital. Petitioner is alleged to be conspirator in the said occurrence and has got 11 criminal antecedents. Petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2025.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the

5. However, since petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2025, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
