The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2016 in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.485/16 for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of Bihar Protection of Interest and Depositors Act. The accusation is of cheating the public by forgery against the petitioner.
