1. Smt. Sunita Devi C/O Shambhu Saran Singh Resident Of Village + P.O.- Bahuara, District- Nawada.

.... .... Respondent/s =========================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Mrigendra Kumar, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr.

=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-06-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 26.6.2013, by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada in Misc. Case No.11 of 1989 has fixed a sum of Rs.3000/- per month by way of maintenance.

On the last occasion when the Petitioner submitted that Rs.3000/- was grossly unfair, he was directed to produce the pension slip. The same has been supplied, from which it appears that the Petitioner is getting around Rs.18000/- as pension. In such circumstances, evidently the amount of Rs.3000/-is not grossly unfair.

Hence, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.795 of 2013 dt.22-06-2015 The Trial Court shall take stringent steps for ensuring that the Petitioner deposits the entire arrears within a reasonable period, failing which strict action shall be taken against him. (Anjana Prakash, J) Narendra/- U T
