The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was one of the candidates for old age pension. Allegation is that forged papers were produced. Submission is that everything was done by the middleman and the petitioner received nothing and he is a senior citizen.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
