2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 04.09.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Motihari, East Champaran, in Sessions Trial No.322 of 2014 arising out of Pakri Dayal P.S. Case No.94 of 2011.
3. As per the report submitted by the learned Trial Court dated 20.04.2026, the Sessions Trial No.322 of 2014 arising out of Pakri Dayal P.S. Case No.94 of 2011, has already been disposed of on 18.04.2026 and the accused person has been acquitted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.
