The petitioner Prabhat Kumar Rai, has filed the present petition, being aggrieved by the order dated 02.08.2018, whereby the pendente lite maintenance was granted to the respondent, Seema Kumari, at the rate of Rs. 2,000/- per month.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent has very fairly submitted that the order dated 02.08.2018 may be set aside as the divorce suit is running at final stage i.e. stage of argument.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.559 of 2019(3) dt.14-02-2022 2/2 circumstances, this petition is allowed. The order dated 02.08.2018 is set aside with the direction that the Divorce Suit No. 208/2017 be disposed of expeditiously.
