The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 285 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302/304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The deceased has committed suicide and on the date of suicide, the petitioner was in Delhi and the petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
