JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 470 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 16 litres of country made liquor.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and has been in judicial custody since 21.07.2018 and though, he is an accused in one more case but he is on bail in that case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65494 of 2018(2) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 02nd Additional District & Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (Excise), Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 470 of 2018 .
