JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through Video Conferencing. In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 302 of 2019 registered for offence under sections 323, 341, 448, 427, 354(A), 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3475 of 2020 and this Court, vide order dated 03.03.2020, rejected the bail of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to impress upon this Court that certain fact has not been brought to notice of this Court, but from the record it appears that the Court has already passed a reasoned order, thereby the relief of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22200 of 2020(2) dt.17-08-2020 2/2 anticipatory bail has not been granted.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the matter and take a positive decision in favour of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
