The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is non-payment of salary for the period from 1.2.2010 to 21.10.2013.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter of payment of salary of the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the Block Development Officer and Block Employment Unit, Atri, Gaya.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Block Development Officer and the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13590 of 2015(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 Block Employment Unit, Atri, Gaya to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The Block Development Officer and the Block Employment Unit, Atri, Gaya are directed to ensure payment of arrears of the petitioner within a maximum period of one month from the date of such decision.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
