2/4 ORAL ORDER 29-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned A.P.P. for the State in all the aforesaid three bail petitions.

2. The petitioner (in all the aforesaid 3 cases) seeks bail in Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 376 of 2024, registered for offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(2) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, on 15.07.2024 at about 12 noon, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including aforesaid three petitioners surrounded informant near Public Toilet situated at Buxar Railway Station and with intention to kill, assaulted him with danda, fists & slaps. It is further alleged that Mehandi Hasan (petitioner in Cr.Misc. No. 25190 of 2025), coaccused Rajdeep and Dani (petitioner in Cr.Misc. No. 22816 of 2025) caused injury on the mouth and neck of informant and thereafter, Pali (petitioner in Cr.Misc. No. 25757 of 2025) and Mehandi Hasan (petitioner in Cr.Misc. No. 25190 of 2025) poured semi-liquid lime in the eyes of informant to make him completely blind.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner (Siraj Siddique @ Pali) submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in

3/4 this case due to previous dispute. Though, petitioner has got nine criminal antecedent, but he is languishing in jail since 01.10.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner (Idani Khan @ Dani) submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he happens to be friend of Pali (petitioner in Cr.Misc. No. 25757 of 2025). Specific accusation of pouring semi-liquid lime in the eyes of informant is against other two petitioners. Though, this petitioner has got nine criminal antecedent, but he is in custody since 20.09.2024. Re. Cr.Misc. No. 25190 of 2025

Learned counsel for the petitioner (Mehandi Hasan @ Antm Ansari) submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he happens to be friend of Pali (petitioner in Cr.Misc. No. 25757 of 2025). This petitioner has got three criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.09.2024.

7. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutors vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of petitioner(s) of aforesaid three cases.

8. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

4/4 antecedent of petitioners, all the aforesaid three bail petitions are dismissed.
