In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 14.7.2015 by which the agreement has been rescind and the authority concerned refused to revive the work order.

Leaned counsel for the Bihar State Pul Nirman Nigam Limited has submitted that there is a forum for redressal of grievance in the Bihar Public Works Contracts Dispute Arbitration Act, 2008, wherein, the petitioner, if so advised, may approach for redressal of his grievance.

In that view of the matter, if the petitioner approaches to the Tribunal for redressal of his grievance, the Tribunal

Patna High Court CWJC No.13447 of 2015 dt.27-02-2017 will be obliged to look into the matter and will decide the case in accordance with law.
