Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was arrested and confessed his guilt and except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Petitioner has not been put on test identification parade and is languishing in jail custody since 1.9.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Shastrinagar P.S. Case no. 363/2015.
