2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 406, 420 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 20.11.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 59551 of 2024, the order dated 20.11.2024 reads as under:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 3 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22639 of 2025(5) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of cheating the informant . The truck of the informant was parked in front of the office of the petitioner and it disappeared.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. The petitioner is in jail since 06.01.2024. He is accused in thirteen more similar and serious cases.

7. Considering the allegation that has come against the petitioner and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected.

4. In the trial summons have been issued to the witnesses.

5. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to review my earlier order. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Siddharth Soni/- U T
