JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 27-08-2025 We find that a letter dated 16.07.2025 has been sent by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant of the present appeal, namely Chhatardhari Yadav has died and in support thereof he has annexed a report of the Inspector of Police-cum-Officer InCharge, Fatehpur Police Station, Gayaji dated 15.07.2025 wherein he has mentioned that upon inquiry made from the local chowkidar, it has transpired that the aforesaid appellant has died.

2. We have no reason to disbelieve the aforesaid factum of the death of the aforesaid appellant, namely Chhatardhari Yadav, hence, the present appeal stands abated.
