ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-06-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 26.6.2013, by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhepura in Misc. (Maintenance) cse No.38 of 2010 has directed payment of Rs.6000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of petition i.e. 17.5.2010.
The Petitioner submits that the order be modified to the extent that he be directed to pay maintenance from the date of order i.e. 26.6.2013.
The parties have been summoned in Chambers but it does not appear that they would be in a position to resume their matrimonial

Certain documents have been produced by the Petitioner showing that he is educating his two sons in good Institution, for which he has to pay very high fees.
Considering the aforesaid, the revision is disposed of with modification in the order to the extent that the Petitioner deposits Rs.6000/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No.2 from the date of the order i.e. 26.6.2013 instead of the date of filing of petition i.e. 17.5.2010.
